Kali ni nak berblogging pasal apa erk? Hihihihi... Tak mau emo2 dah... Nak post yang happy2 jer 'cause I'm happy right now! LOL! Ok, skarang dah pukul 3.10 pagi waktu Malaysia. Oh no! What am I doing at time like this? Biasa la... Esok tak keja! Hohohoho!!! Jadi, jom kita berinternet sampai pagi!!!

Sebelum aku minat sampai tak ingat kat Super Junior, aku adalah fans setia anime! Hohohoho! Sekarang ni aku cuma ikuti perkembangan Naruto jer... Yang lain mmg tak layan dah. Tapi VCD anime ni amat berharga buat aku...

Barang kesayangan aku... Album original Super Junior. Dah habis ratus2 sebab album2 ni... Huhuhuhu... Tapi tak kisah pun. Dah minat kan... Bila tgk, rasa seronok jer... Tu la yang org panggil, KEPUASAN! Hahahaha!!

Hearing to Donghae's song, "Beautiful" at time like this, make me remember all the sweetest memoories... *sigh* Why it's so difficult now? Can I go back like before? Why is it so hard? Can I get my normal life? I miss you... *sigh*

Customer Is Always Right. Oh really???

Customer is always right. Masih relevenkan menggunakan ayat tersebut pada zaman sekarang? Ya, bg mereka yg tidak mengetahui or tidak pernah merasai pekerjaan seperti customer service, sales promoter dan sewaktu dengannya mungkin menganggap ayat tersebut masih blh digunapakai. Oh really? Tidak bg kami yg bekerja di sektor berkenaan. Kami juga manusia biasa yg boleh bersuka-ria, naik angin, gelak-ketawa etc. Kami bukanlah manusia yg tidak mempunyai perassan or hati batu. Ya, kami diajar segala etika ketika melayan pelanggan tetapi dimanakah etika seorg pelanggan yg berurasan dgn kami? Pernahkah mereka terfikir berada di tempat kami? Sekiranya customer beretika baik, sudah semestinya kami akan melayan anda dgn baik. Janganlah menganggap kami seperti haiwan yg tidak mempunyai sebarang masalah dlm kehidupan.

Berikut adalah contoh2 customer yg blh mendatangkan marah kpd pekerja2 spt kami:

Situasi 1:
Bila nak topup berebut-rebut nak cepat. Tak reti beratur. Kalau dah kenal kami, or pelanggan tetap, buatlah mcm dia VVIP kat situ. Konon2 ada keistimewaan la… Hello~ 1st come 1sr serve ok? Kalau pergi restoren fastfood pandai plak ko beratur erk?
Customer mcm ni dikenali sbg: CUSTOMER PERASAN VVIP

Situasi 2:

Bila datang topup berharap org ingat no dia. Walaupun ko ari2 datang topup, takde makna aku nak ingat no ko ler… Ingat sorang 2 jer ke yg datang topup? Kalau ada 20-30 org yg ari2 topup, takkan nak kena ingat 20-30 no kot?
Customer mcm ni dikenali sbg: CUSTOMER INGAT NO KO CANTIK SGT KE SAMPAI AKU NAK KENA INGAT?

Situasi 3:
Customer: Topup Digi RM5 ada?
Kita: Takde. Digi ada jual kad saja.
Customer: Masuk terus ada?
Kita: Ada kad saja RM10.
Customer: Masuk takde?
Kita: Ada kad jer.
Customer mcm ni dikenali sbg: CUSTOMER TAK FAHAM BAHASA!

Situasi 3:
Customer: No Youth Club ada lg tak?
Kita: Dah lama takde.
Tanya no youth club tapi tak sedar diri dah tak youth lg. Huhuhuhu… Pas2 kalau org luar plak mcm Bangladesh pun ada tanya. Tak sedar diri depa takde IC… :P

Situasi 4:
Customer: Dah masuk topup?
Kita: Satgi masuk.
3 saat kemudian…
Customer: Dah masuk?
Asyik tanya topup dia dah masuk ke belum padahal topup RM3 jer. Tu pun nak kalut. Macam la dia topup RM3juta! Yg tak tahan setiap 2 saat tanya topup dia dah masuk ke blum. Padahal nampak org baru siap tulis no dia, handphone baru nk pegang, baru tekan 1 butang tp dah 10 kali tanya topup dah masuk ke belum.
Customer mcm ni dikenali sbg: CUSTOMER TAK TAU SABAR!

Situasi 5:
Kita: Check no betul ke tak?
Customer: Betul la tuh. Takkan no sendiri tak ingat.
Hellllooo~? Kami suh check sebab mana la tau kami salah tulis ker. Ada aku kisah ko ingat ke tak ingat no ko? Bila dah salah masuk baru tau nak datang bising. Bila org suh check no, berlagak nak mampus! Pas2 siap la nak baling2 buku topup tu ke muka org!

Situasi 6:
Customer: No Digi ada jual kat sini?
Kita: Sini Maxis, bukan Digi.
Dah terang2 nampak signboard Maxis tapi still tanya no Digi, or Celcom etc! Digi punyalah kuning, Celcom punyalah biru… Dia blh tak nampak! Duk nampak color merah jer kot!
Customer mcm ni dikenali sbg: CUSTOMER BUTA WARNA!

Situasi 7:
Customer A: 017 bla bla… (ngah bg no nak topup)
Customer B: Kak kad maxis RM10 ada?
Tak reti sabar ker? Ada customer lain kan? Boleh plak dtg tanya. Utk pengetahuan korang, kami ni pun manusia gak. Ada 1 mulut ngan 2 tangan jer…

My Super Junior Album Collection

This April gonna be 4 years I know them. I've a lot of memories with them. Erk... Who? Super Junior. LOL! I become their fan or ELF since 21 April 2008 and till now I'm still loyal to them (no matter how many new group debut, I still chose Super Junior). I never regret I spent money for them. I bought their goodies, merchandise, albums and went to their concert, it's still feel worth. LOL!

Haaa~ Today I bought their album again! ^^ My Super Junior album collection is getting.... BIGGER! Oh Yeah! But, I still want others!

I bought this albums from Speedy, Victoria Music Station, MyStar, HongKong Video or order from Korea.... :P Actually, if you order from Korea, it's much more cheaper than buying at Speedy. LOL!

And for merchandise or goodies, I only know a few store which sell it. At KL, MyStar at Times Square. That's the heaven for Kpop lovers! ROFL! Or can go to Hiro Comics at Petaling Street. At Penang, can go to The Rooms, Queensbay Mall. The Rooms has another branch at Perangin Mall but I'm not sure if it sell Kpop goodies or not...

Super Junior The Last Man Standing!

1st of all I wanna say, CONGRATULATIONS SUPER JUNIOR! They won Daesang Awards at Golden Disk Award today! Yeahhhh!!! ELF is the happiest fandom today! Since they didn't win this awards on 2010, ELF work really hard to make sure they got this award back! By the way, they got the same award on 2009 for Sorry Sorry but didn't get on 2010. T^T


Super Junior won the Disk Daesang, Disk Bonsang, Popularity Awards (for 3 consecutive years already XD) and MSN Japan Award, also 2011 Best Selling Act. Wow! Tonight is such a big day for Super Junior and ELF!

With 4 awards tonight, currently they're the artist who won the most awards at GDA with 13 awards. Woot! Woot!!!

Control Yourself

I was very shocked when I read the news about a Pinoy ELF who hugged Kyuhyun when he, Siwon and Eunhyuk went to The Philippines for Kyochon’s CF. But that girl already apologized and I think she deserved and apology and hope she already learned her lesson. It’s not first time thing like this happen to Super Junior or other Kpop artist, or maybe other celebrities all around the world.

My entry this time is about… Yes, please control yourself no matter how excited you’re when you meet your idol. Yes, you can scream, you can call out loud their name but please don’t overreact.

I, myself is a big fan of Super Junior and I’ve met them for 2 times already. Yes, I’m really crazy about them, I shouted, I screamed hysterically when I saw them, but I never thought of doing something beyond my imagination such as, hug or kiss them. ROFL! Well, I always say I wanted to hug them, but I won’t actually do it. But, I’ll do it if they allow me to! Hahaha!

I know the celebrities like them, which is coming from the different country from us, is rarely to be meet and see. I know a lot of fans can’t control theirself when they meet their idol. Just, when the thing happened, that time they just realize what they did.

Above is just a few example of incident that happened to Super Junior. I'm sorry 'cause I only take Super Junior as example 'cause I know their news or things about them better than other artist. :P


No matter how excited you’re, please learn how to control yourself. I was excited too when I met Super Junior but never go too much or under control. When Super Junior came here for SS2, I went to stalk them at KLIA, and even their hotel but seriously, I know how to control myself. When other fans were crazily taking their pictures when they went out from the hotel, I just silently stood behind and took their pictures, well, not really silent ‘cause I did scream their name. LOL! When I went to MO.A last December, when Super Junior appeared on stage, fans at my side suddenly went crazy and stood up (when we were supposed to sit), I was one of the last person who stood up… =.= When Eunhyuk appeared in front of our seat area on SS2, I was one of the person who didn’t go in front to take Eunhyuk’s picture, when the fact, he’s one of my bias. =.= I screamed and shouted their name but I’m really scare to approach closely to them. Afraid that I’ll do something unexpected and can make me regret, its better I keep my distance and I respect them as the celebrities who also need some space for themselve.

So, my friends, I’m begging you, please don’t make something that you’ll regret later. Don’t make your idol think something negative about their fans. We can fangirling or fanboying crazily and hysterically but we also have to know our limit. Sometimes our body reacts faster than our brain, but don’t let your body take control of your brain. Please think relevantly before you make something.
